Program Proposal

Please complete this interactive form.  In accordance with Article VII of our Constitution, proposals must be received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to our 4:00 PM Wednesday meetings. Meetings are in the Red Dragon Theater at Hunt Union. Whoever is requesting money should confirm this email by calling our office at x3453. If we do not receive a phone call we will assume that you no longer need funding, and your proposal will be void. In addition, the person(s) requesting money must attend the meeting in which the proposal will be discussed to answer any questions the delegation may have. We will inform you of the date of this meeting.  The proposal will then be voted on in the following meeting; it is highly encouraged that you attend this meeting as well to answer any follow up questions. If the delegation votes to fund your event, it must be open to the entire campus community, and all advertisements must include the RSO logo and mention of our funding. Your advertisements must be submitted to the RSO office prior to posting them. RSO reserves the right to request changes on advertisements in regard of the promotion of RSO.
